Description

This wakame salt is made from salt-preserved Naruto wakame. To avoid waste, the producer reduces into powder the remaining wakame seaweeds left after manufacturing his other products. This salt, 100% made from wakame, has preserved the fibers and minerals of the seaweed. It contains 50% less sodium chloride than regular table salt. It respects the environment and the body.

Flavor : A slight taste of wakame, salty and umami.

Use : Wakame salt is a great substitute for regular salt and can be used in a large variety of dishes such as soups, salads or pastas. It will deliciously season rice and onigiri, omelet as well as fish tataki and carpaccio.
