This Soto Herbal Paste from Koningsvogel is very useful and helps you prepare an authentic Asian Soto Ayam soup within in a short time.

You only need to add chicken, hard-boiled eggs, tomato , leeks, tender row, fried onions, bean sprouts and rice vermicelli. Prepare the meat in approximately 1 liter of broth. Cut the meat into small pieces and add this tot he broth again. Add the herbal mix and slowly cook it for about 10 minutes. If desired, add salt. Serve in a soup bowl.
