Description

Instructions:

On a kitchen stove:

1.In a bowl add 1 cup of rice, cover with water, let it soak for about 20 minutes and strain it with cold water.

2. In a small pot add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Take it off the stove, remove the lid and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

In an electric rice cooker:

1. Add in the cooker 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water. In 7 minutes it will be ready.
