Return Policy

The user can claim the return of any products in case they are not the ones ordered on-line, within 24 hours from order delivery. A prerequisite – under all circumstances - is that the returned items are in original form and that packaging is intact.


In order to claim a return, the user is obliged to contact Salamat customer service via e-mail (orders@salamat.gr) or call 210 77 96 766, provide order details, reasons and request for return of items in question. SALAMAT holds the responsibility to collect the goods at its own expense, from the customer either through courier service or its own staff.


Electric goods are covered by a 6 month warranty, automatically activated through the SALAMAT purchase receipt. SALAMAT holds the responsibility to repair or replace any device carrying a defect that has been purchased through the e-shop.

The warranty only covers electronic components and under no circumstances will broken or damaged parts be replaced by SALAMAT. In order to claim a faulty electric item, the user is obliged to contact SALAMAT customer service via e-mail (orders@salamat.gr) or call 210 77 96 766, provide order details, reasons and photos if available. SALAMAT holds the responsibility to collect the goods from the customer either through courier service or its own staff and its own expense.
